So tonight I went to Spin Class (my friend Leslee got me hooked last year!) I absolutlely love it! But tonight, there was only two of us in the class. Personal attention is great, but I think the instructor went crazy on us cause were regulars. Let's just say I got my but kicked. I can't remember the last time I sweated that much. Though at about 4:00pm I was seriously considering not going, I'm glad I went. I always am. I'm going to sleep well tonight!
