"I'm Huge"

It has been so fun to have my family here for a couple of days throughout the month. They were here a few weekends ago for Rob's lacrosse tournament and then he came and stayed with me for his spring break. Then my mom came down for a few days. I had one request of Robbie while he was here and that was that I got to take a picture of him. He's not the biggest fan of the camera so these pictures are PRICELESS. He is HUGE now, as he once predicted at a young age :)! He stayed at my house (with my seven female roommates) and even got to come to school with me for a day. He played kickball with the kids and are still talking about it.

This picture is one from when I went home a month ago. I just love these two and thought it was a cute one. I am looking forward to a trip with these darlings at the end of June. I'm sure that will be an adventure!


One last thing. My students have been working on writing their autobiographies all month. I have been so impressed with how hard they have been working. They (amazingly) love writing and it has inspired a new passion for writing in me. Anyway, yesterday we had their "Publishing Party" where they presented their autobiographies to parents, teachers, and other students. They had to introduce themselves and read part of their autobiography. They did so well. We practiced in the morning and they were so nervous, but they did a beautiful job! I must say I was proud!
