Salsa Freaks

So, most of you know one of my absolute weaknesses is CHIPS AND SALSA! I have had many different types of salsa and my favorite is the one from the Creamery on Ninth. In our attempt to feed our addictions, my roommates and I are looking for a really good fresh salsa recipe. Does anyone have any???

Ok, I have been making my salsa for a couple years now... but everytime someone else tries to make it is disgusting. Seriously so I will give you mine but I am not responsible if you dont like the outcome. It is so simple.
1 large can (yes I use canned) tomatos,
one medium yellow onion,
about 1/8 cup of a diced red/purple onion,
1/2 jalapeno,
1-2 cloves FRESH minced garlic, and about half of a bunch of fresh cilantro.
I love cilantro so we use a lot. and then just garlic salt and lime juice to taste. IF you like salsa that is more like pico de gallo then drain the tomatos, if you like restaraunt style salsa, dont drain them. If you try it be sure and let me know how it turns out.

Cranberry Salsa

1/2 - red onion
3 Tbs. - fresh cilantro
1 medium jalapeno, seeds removed
3/4 c. - sugar

This is also great with turkey or ham
