So, I recently got a trainer...haha! Well....kinda. I signed up on PodFitness.com to get personalized downloaded workouts right to my IPod. Needless to say I was a little skeptical at first, but I am a HUGE fan! I went to the gym Wednesday night (AFTER my meeting! :)) turned on my IPod and got to work. I was sweating, and the next day I was really feeling it! I work out pretty regularly, but I was sore...and it felt great. I really miss being sore. In high school I was sore pretty much all the time because of drill team. Being sore just makes me feel like what I am doing is really working. I went to the gym the next night for my Cardio workout. That was eaisier, but the beauty of the program is that you can go on and make it harder the next time. Also they have something like 15 different trainers to choose from.
I am actually excited to go to the gym now because I don't feel like I'm in a rut anymore. Before I was going and just running and then lifting the same weights, and not getting results. I should be in bed right now because I'm going to see the gym at 8:00am....on a SATURDAY!! And this is how I feel about it: :)

Good job on your workout!! I never heard about that but it sounds fun. I should try it sometime. Running kind of gets old! I miss you... we need to see each other soon!
I am glad you are liking it. I am excited to use my little 14 day trail offer...but I think I will wait till after the baby. Anyway goodluck with the fitness, you need someway to relieve that 2nd grader induced stress:)
