Thanksgiving was pretty much AMAZING! It was much better than last years. Last year's consisted of Little Smokies, Spinach Dip, and watching Little People, Big World. It was definitely not one of the finer Thanksgivngs at the Peterson house! This year was WAY better and I loved every minute of it! Kels and I drove home on Tuesday after I got done with school, and it only got scary near Jerome (I hate driving home when it's icy). Wednesday we did lots of family stuff....like go out to eat and to Lowes...haha! Kels and I decided that we are going to paint our bathroom during Christmas break. The only problem is we have differing design ideas. That should be interesting!
My family cooked TWO turkeys and had a ham. Please keep in mind that there was only five of us. I was in charge of the Deep Fried Turkey, and Kels was in charge of the traditional turkey. Robbie was in charge of the pumpkin pies, and like a true Peterson, he put food coloring in them! Dinner was great, even though I am not a huge fan of Thanksgiving dinner. I hate feeling like I completely gorged myself! But overall it was delicious!
We got to go to a Steelheads game on Wednesday and then Robbie had hockey games on Friday. Bruce and Tracy and the boys went to the game too. We had fun playing and dancing with them The twins are three now (WOW) and they are so much fun! They still call my mom "Aunt Bauf". They always ask me when they can come visit me in Utah. I love those boys!
Sunday it was hard to leave, but I get to go back in a few weeks, and I am excited. This Christmas will be much better than last years!

Two turkeys and a ham? Linds, I hope you took some of that home because I am sure it would feed you for a month! I have your book... the Children's Literature one. I will stop by and give it to you sometime soon... sorry I have had it for so long. :(
